We are able to quickly and efficiently liquidate personal property, businesses, business property and real estate.

There is no "one-size-fits-all"  agreement apart from these few elements:

When selling personal property, we collect  payments from buyers then split the proceeds with you, the property owner or executor.  We sell on commission, retaining a portion of the funds collected from buyers.  Commission rates are established beforehand with a mutual contract.

We sometimes purchase merchandise or entire estates.

Except in very unusual circumstances, items at the Auction Depot are sold without minimum bids or reserves.
